Warranty Cover

• Warranty does not apply when the damage caused is due to other factors like mishandling, abuse, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions.
• Viking warrants that its products are free from all defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period under normal usage.

Warranty Life

• Unless mentioned otherwise, the warranty period lasts for 2 years from the date of the original sale.
• For electrical or electronic goods the default warranty period is one year.

Warranty Claim

• Viking does not process replacements or refunds directly to the customer. Contact the retailer/store/ reseller for the same.

Warranty Action

• Once the product is confirmed to be defective by Viking, the company will either repair (or authorize the repair), replace or refund the purchase price of the product. A decision once issued shall be considered final.

Warranty Waive-off

• Failure to provide evidence of purchase will waive off the claims made by the purchaser during the warranty period.
